Don’t Drink … Play!

If you like to have a beer occasionally, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and keep all cash, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Take whatever cash you expect to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the rest behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You may well have a profit after a boozy night out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to catch a marathon toss at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and wager. These activities just do not mix.

Leaving your moolah at home is a bit dramatic, but defensive actions for drastic actions is required. If you wager to succeed, then do not drink and play. If you like to blow your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous booze your stomach can handle, but do not take plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your inebriated brain throws away all the cash!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the internet to play in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my domicile, however considering that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it’s definitely adequate to cloud my judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
